efficient serviceair conditioning
my room was clean (i really appreciate that) and had air conditioning already on when i arrived. the staff carried my bags to the room, and i found this service efficient.
the elevator was small. it only held two or three people, and i had to wait sometimes.

the cleaning staff was efficient and kind. i especially want to thank yilmaz at reception for his helpful and kind service. the proximity made everything accessible by walking, with taksim and istiklal just minutes away. galata tower was a short ten minute walk.

I found the location very convenient near key attractions. Yilmaz offered good service. He arranged for an early check-in upon my arrival. A transfer to the airport was also arranged for me. The price was fair.
I encountered some noise at night. Music from nearby clubs continued until 4 AM. This made getting to sleep difficult.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Lighting was adequate, and the room featured a minibar. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice touch indeed.
